Features
Everything Enforsite does.
Enforsite is construction programme management software: a Gantt and critical path scheduler for planners, a phone app for progress from site, and dashboards for period reporting. Build the programme in it, or bring it from Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject.

What it does
Scheduling
- WBS and Gantt chart: draw bars and links on the chart, or type into the next blank row
- Finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish and start-to-finish links with lag, counted on either task's calendar
- Nine constraint types, including mandatory start and finish and as late as possible, plus deadlines
- Several bars on one row, kept in order as a chain
- Reschedule from a status date, with a progress line
Construction reality
- Delay bands with types and notes, so lost time never vanishes into a longer bar
- Critical path and float to any milestone or heading, not just the finish
- Calendars to the minute, with split shifts and lunch breaks
- Successors start the next working hour or the next morning, set per calendar
- Baseline divergence: the driving chain behind every slip, with who changed what and when
Import and export
- P6 XER, MS Project XML and Asta Powerproject import, with a fidelity check before anything is created
- Export to P6 XER, MS Project XML, PDF and CSV
- Each later export updates the same project, and tasks keep their identity across periods
- A baseline can come from a file
- Keep planning in P6, MS Project or Asta and report in Enforsite, or plan here
Version control
- Every save recorded and kept, not just the baselines
- Named revisions, including one split from any earlier save
- Any revision can be the baseline, and a baseline can be revised to take in new tasks
- Compare on the chart and roll back to any save, and undo the roll back too
Working together
- Each project chooses live coworking, one editor at a time, or branch and merge on the desktop
- Undo never overwrites a colleague: the step is refused and you are told why
- Reports, dashboards and the site team read the last saved plan, never a half-finished edit
- Each project keeps its own timezone, so "today" is the site's day
On site
- Site app for iOS and Android that queues reports when there's no signal
- QR codes per area, printed from the project
- Photos and notes filed against the task, read as a day-by-day log
- Matrices: location by activity, coloured by status
Reporting
- Reporting periods that are kept for good, each with its own report
- Dashboards against any chosen baseline, compared with any saved version
- Finish variance in working days on each task's own calendar
Cost and resources
- Cost-load the programme quickly from a bill of quantities
- Budgets and actuals on each activity, rolled up through the WBS
- Resources by trade and plant, assigned to the tasks they work on
- Resource histograms showing the load across the programme
Finding things
- One click per value, with counts before you click
- Filter by area, trade, people, progress, dates and float
- Saved filters and shared views
- Find and replace across the programme
AI assistant
- Describe a change in plain English
- It asks when something is unclear and previews exactly what it will do
- Nothing changes until you apply
Access
- Controllers build, operators report progress and observers read
- Several organisations per person, with org admins managing who joins each project
- Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface
Desktop app
- Unlimited local-only projects, kept on your own computer
- Branch and merge: work on your own copy and merge it when ready
What it doesn't do
- Resource levelling. Not in the beta. Resources show the load across the programme, but never move a date.
- Native .mpp files. Save your MS Project programme as XML and import that.
- Portfolio management. Enforsite runs each programme on its own.
- Large government and infrastructure projects. P6 is engrained in the regulation on these jobs, so run Enforsite alongside it.
Questions
Is Enforsite an alternative to Microsoft Project?
For construction programmes, yes: it has a Gantt chart, the four link types, critical path, baselines, and cost and resource loading, and adds progress from site, a kept history of every save and delays recorded as their own bands. MS Project programmes import as XML and export back the same way. MS Project is the better fit if you need resource levelling.
Is Enforsite an alternative to Asta Powerproject?
Yes. It is built for the same construction planners, shares Asta's several bars on one row and imports Asta Powerproject programmes, then adds progress from site by QR code, a kept history of every save and a critical path to any milestone.
Is Enforsite an alternative to Primavera P6?
Not on large government and infrastructure projects, where P6 is engrained in the regulation. Run Enforsite alongside it instead: import each XER and add progress from site, delay bands, version history and period dashboards.
Do I have to stop using my current planner?
No. You can keep planning in P6, MS Project or Asta and import each new export into the same project, so site progress and reporting run in Enforsite.
Can I export my programme out of Enforsite?
Yes: to P6 XER, MS Project XML, PDF and CSV.
Can I try it now?
The closed beta starts in early 2027. Join the list to run a live project free during the beta.
